Mooring System

Mooring systems consist of buoys, anchors, chains, connectors, and ropes.

The word Mooring has many meanings. For us, mooring means cage insurance and assurance. As well as Mooring is the most important in the aquaculture sector. Taking into account weather conditions, current intensity, maximum wavelengths and underwater ground surveys in the area where you will install your mooring system we can offer you a project plan.

In aquaculture farming, we have to combine plastic and metal in the most harmonious way for the floating systems on the water, with the longest life and durability, by using today's industry and technology opportunities at the highest level. We produce all of the cage systems from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) material and challenge all resistances on the water.

MOORING system is the most accurate method adopted as an above-water fixing system. This system includes Anchor + Rope + Rope fasteners + Collector + Chains + Buoys + warning light systems + HDPE cage + cage nets.  Mooring systems are moved by boat to a place where it can be fixed in the water once the rope and buoy section is prepared.  Then each anchor is disposed in place and connected to the system. Finally, anchors are aligned to the desired area on the water. Once the mooring system is installed, the cages are connected to the system and their nets are placed. The mooring system is ready to grow fish.
