Injection & Rotation Cage Bracket

OFFSHORE CAGES - These cages are manufactured from high-quality raw material to the satisfaction of the clients and suitable for open sea conditions. Our aim is to satisfy the customers and provide them with cages to be in service for years. The material of pipes and brackets is high quality “HIGH-DENSITY POLIETILEN (HDPE)”. The brackets that we use are manufactured from HDPE with a technique called “ROTATION METHOD”. Therefore, all brackets help the floatation of cage considerably.

As well as Towing cages are designed to transfer the fishes from the fishing area to the cage storage area safely. Those cages can be produced starting from 50 meters in diameter to any dimension with one floating pipe.

For example, The Tuna fishes can be transferred hundreds of miles alive from the catch area to the storage area. The cages have a strong configuration to resist all adverse weather conditions during the towing period.

We use a high-quality HDPE pipe in arrange of 200mm to 500mm in diameter. The diameter of the cages ranges from 10 m to 70 m.

In Mooring systems, square and round cages are used according to ease of use. The main bodies of square and round cages are manufactured from HDPE pipe material in different diameters and wall thicknesses and assembled with fission welding. The parts holding the cage pipes together are the brackets made of LLDPE plastic material called the bracket. These parts are placed symmetrically around the pipe without making the final joint welding of the cage.

Since HDPE cage systems are plastic materials which are resistant to sun and water for many years, their role in aquaculture sector indispensable.
